HVAC Engineer

Due to our continued success, we are looking to hire a HVAC Engineer with industrial project expertise to join our existing team. You will be part of a design team lead by a senior engineer supporting small to very large scale projects. As a member of the Building Services Department you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects all over Europe, and the chance to progress in a hugely respected and established company in design engineering.

• All aspects of HVAC design and management.
• Developing design briefs.
• A proven experience in systems design.
• Load and system calculations.
• HVAC system modelling.
• Hydraulic analysis of air and water systems.
• Conceptual and detailed design of HVAC systems.
• Development of system schematics through all design stages.
• Production of engineering designs, drawings, and documents.
• Specification writing.
• Building Management Systems – development of systems architecture, specifications, controls strategies, sequence of operations through all design stages.

• Bachelor or Master degree in Environmental Engineering, Building Services or Mechanical Engineering
• Level Medior with minimum of 5 years relevant experience in HVAC / sanitary installations design
• Building licence for HVAC / sanitary installations design
• Significant experience in HVAC / sanitary installations design for complex industrial projects
• Experience gained on each stage of design project including initial concept stage, building permit and detailed design
• Experience in multi discipline coordination with particular focus on electrical scope.
• AutoCAD proficient user. 3D modelling and Revit MEP experience will be considered as a real advantage
• Very good English, ability to work in a multinational environment
• Dutch or French language skills will be considered as an advantage
